Transcripts and Diplomas

Under N.J.A.C. 6A:8-4.2, Bridgewater-Raritan High School maintains a transcript for every student, from ninth grade through graduation, and the transcript is the school's official record of a student's academic achievement. Under N.J.A.C. 6A:32-7.3 and 6A:32-7.8, the school retains each student's mandated record, including grades, classes attended, grade level completed, and year completed, for 100 years. Official transcripts are issued by the school and sent directly to the requesting institution or employer.

A diploma is a ceremonial document that recognizes a student's completion of all graduation requirements. Students are entitled to receive a diploma only upon graduation. A diploma is not the school's official academic record. To verify graduation or academic history, please request an official transcript.
