The Class of 2026 at Bridgewater-Raritan High School celebrated its many achievements with a classy ceremony.
The inspiring event was the Senior Awards Night Ceremony, held at the Bridgewater-Raritan High School auditorium before an enthusiastic crowd on Wednesday, June 10.
This annual tradition at Bridgewater-Raritan High School honors noteworthy graduating students with scholarships.
On this evening, family, friends, high school officials and staff, as well as representatives from various high school departments, clubs, and programs, and local organizations and the military, gathered to pay tribute to the seniors whose scholastic careers will come to a close on June 18, when the Commencement Exercise is performed at Rutgers University.
Principal Dan Hemberger and Alan Iachini, the Supervisor of School Counseling, served as the hosts of the Senior Awards Night Ceremony.
Also participating in the presentation of the scholarships were the high school’s Assistant Principals, Priscilla Aniegbuna, Adam Leaman and Damian Storey, and high school and school district staff and other invited donors.
Principal Hemberger applauded the students and the overall production of this special evening.
“The senior awards ceremony was a great success. It served as a wonderful crescendo to our students' four years of hard work, providing them with well-deserved recognition and scholarships,” Principal Hemberger said.
He concluded:
“It was also a pleasure to see so many happy families in attendance.”
