Three administrators from the Bridgewater-Raritan Regional School District shared their productive leadership qualities at a New Jersey conference.
Priscilla Aniegbuna, the Assistant Principal at Bridgewater-Raritan High School, Dr. Laura Bassett, the Principal of Eisenhower Intermediate School, and LeighAnn Matthews, the school district's K-12 Supervisor of Multilingual Education, presented a session at the 9th Annual NJASA/NJPSAFEA Women’s Leadership Conference on Tuesday, March 10, at the Ocean Place Resort in Long Branch.
The conference is a two-day event designed for women in or aspiring to educational leadership positions.
According to Ms. Matthews, this year's theme was "Leading with Vision, Voice and Value". Their session focused on brave, authentic leadership, leaving participants ready to take ownership of their stories and move forward with greater confidence and purpose.”
