BRHS band concert winter

Tip your hat to a spectacular hat-trick performance.

The Bridgewater-Raritan High School Bands delivered a wonderful show when the 2026 Winter Concert was presented on the evening of Tuesday, January 13.

The audience who enjoyed the concert in the high school’s newly refurbished auditorium was entertained by the performance of the high school’s three bands, all under the dedicated guidance of Nick Mossa and Dr. Tom Bourgault, the Co-Directors of the Bridgewater-Raritan High School Band program.

The Concert Band led off the evening, followed by an equally impressive performance from the Symphonic Band. The Wind Ensemble capped the splendid evening with its presentation.

Co-Directors Mossa and Dr. Bourgault were among the many inside the high school auditorium who applauded the show.

"I'm proud of the students for putting on a great concert,” Mr. Mossa said. “These evenings are always an enjoyable way to share the tremendous effort and ability of the students with our incredible community -- congratulations to all!"

"It was a wonderful night where our entire band community, including our students, their families, and band alumni, all had the pleasure of making music together,” Dr. Bourgault declared. “We are grateful to be a part of experiences like these!"

Another highly satisfied guest was Matt McCarthy, Supervisor of Arts Education for the Bridgewater-Raritan Regional School District.

“What stirring performances! Mr. Mossa and Dr. Bourgault excel at selecting diverse, challenging, and rewarding literature for our students,” Mr. McCarthy said. “These young musicians should feel extremely proud of the hard work showcased tonight.”
