A wizardry was performed on the evening of Friday, January 9, at Bridgewater-Raritan High School.

The high school’s Vaughn Sapleton Gymnasium was a magical venue when the Harlem Wizards played a team of faculty members from the Bridgewater-Raritan Regional School District in a charity basketball game.

The lively and entertaining event, which was presented before a large and enthusiastic crowd, was sponsored by Bridgewater-Raritan High School’s Parent Teacher Organization (PTO).

The high school’s PTO Co-Presidents, Paula Wein and Christine Radimer, should be labeled as wizards for their tireless efforts to bring this show back to Bridgewater-Raritan High School.

The Harlem Wizards last appeared on stage at Bridgewater-Raritan in 2019.

The energetic Ms. Wein summed up what was a very profitable event that will benefit the PTO.

“What an incredible night for the Bridgewater-Raritan community. Hundreds of families came out to the high school for this fun-filled event for the PTO,’ Ms. Wein stated. “We had a great turnout for the game. It was such a success that we will have them back every year for the Bridgewater-Raritan High School PTO.”

She and Ms. Radimer shared their gratitude to many contributors.

“A big thank you to the principals who held assemblies for us and helped spread the word, and the administration for their support, and all of our volunteers.”
