The registration deadline for full-year and fall semester courses is September 19, 2025. The registration deadline for spring semester courses will be announced when available.

To begin, complete the free application athttps://myraritan.force.com/apply. When completing the application, for “What kind of student are you?” select Early College; for “What Program are you looking for?” select Not Seeking a Degree. Interested students must notify the Counseling office of their intent to enroll in an RVCC Early College/Credits course. To qualify, students must be enrolled in the appropriate BRHS course with the approved BRHS teacher. Enrollment in English and Mathematics courses requires a minimum BRHS prerequisite course grade, Accuplacer, SAT, or ACT score. English Lang & Lit IV CEP (ENGL 111)

Student eligibility requirements for enrollment in ENGL 111 include an overall high school GPA of at least 3.0 and at least one of the following:

Grade of B or better in all high school English courses
SAT score: Evidence-Based Reading Writing 450 or better
ACT score: Reading 24 or better

Students who do not meet one of these eligibility requirements can take the Accuplacer for placement. An exemption to the minimum grade point average may be granted on an individual basis. Counselor approval will be required.

Measures of Student Eligibility – MATH

Student eligibility requirements for enrollment in MATH 112 (Precalculus I) include an overall high school GPA of at least 3.0 and at least one of the following:

Grade of B or better in all high school Math courses, including Algebra II, or
SAT score ≥ 550, or
ACT score ≥ 23, or
NJSLA Algebra II test (in 8th or 9th grade) score ≥ 750 (level 4 or level 5)

Students who do not meet one of these eligibility requirements can take the Accuplacer for placement. An exemption to the minimum grade point average may be granted on an individual basis. Counselor approval will be required.

Student eligibility requirements for enrollment in MATH 151 (Calculus I) include an overall high school GPA of at least 3.0 and the following:

Grade of B or better in all high school Math courses, including Algebra II and Precalculus

Students not meeting this eligibility requirement can take the Accuplacer for placement. An exemption to the minimum grade point average may be granted individually. Counselor approval will be required.

Student eligibility requirements for enrollment in MATH 251 (Calculus III) or MATH 254 (Differential Equations) require completion of college-level Calculus.

Students can place into MATH 251 (Calculus III) with a score of 4 or 5 on the AP Calculus BC exam.
Students can place into MATH 254 (Differential Equations) with a score of 4 or 5 on the AP Calculus BC exam.

Once registered payment of $240 per 3-credit class is due by October 31, 2025. Students will receive a message regarding the payment process. Payments can be made online or by check/money order.
