EPIC Yearbook received Gallery of Excellence award

The EPIC, Bridgewater-Raritan High School’s yearbook, has been honored with the Walsworth Gallery of Excellence.

In a letter addressed to Mike Bittner, who is the EPIC Yearbook Editorial Co-Advisor and Business Advisor for Bridgewater-Raritan High School, Don Walsworth, the President of Walsworth Yearbooks, praised the work of the yearbook’s staff.

Included in his letter, Mr. Walsworth wrote “Your publication is a shining example of a yearbook at its very best. Because of books like yours, many others will be inspired to create their own quality journalistic book. You were able to not only capture the essence of your school year, but you also taught your students valuable life and career skills along the way.”

“Your hard work has earned your rank into our Gallery of Excellence—a prestigious honor reserved for the highest caliber yearbooks we print.”

Mr. Bittner complemented his staff as well.

“ I want to say that my co-advisor (Phillip D'Apolito) and I are very appreciative of all of the hard work that our student staff members, (all volunteers), have done on this yearbook since we began designing back last April,” Mr. Bittner revealed. “They gave up a lot of time during school, nights, and on weekends to make sure that we met every deadline. This award represents this effort  and the staff members can all be proud of the final yearbook once we receive the physical copies in June.”
