Wrestling team sported strong season with 17-5 record and eighth region qualifiers
The Bridgewater-Raritan High School wrestling team completed a sound season this winter.
Under the guidance of its fine young head coach, Kyle Murphy, Bridgewater-Raritan sported a 17-5 record and advanced to the North Jersey, Section 2, Group 5 state team tournament's semifinal round.
The Panthers also won the Dessino Tournament at Middlesex High School in December.
And to add to this fine season, eight Bridgewater-Raritan wrestlers qualified for the Region 4 tournament.
