High school girl indoor track runners shine at national events
Indoor track and field girl runners from Bridgewater-Raritan High School excelled during their races at recent national events.
The relay team of Luanna Kopp, Jessica Borchert, Diya Inta and Lorena David placed third in the 4x1- Mile race at the Adidas Nationals in Virginia Beach during the weekend of March 18-19.
A week earlier, David also competed and she finished 14th in the 5,000-meter run at the Nike Indoor Nationals that were held at the New York Armory.
